status updates

i feel like i am getting sic k. it probably makes sense given; things... though i bought orange juice today, two cartons actually, one for work and one for home, drown out the sickness fast. no pills. Rachel just prepared me a pome gr anate, so i plan to prevail. i left my cell phone in baltimore so i am out of touch. it is being overnighted i am told, but tomorrow is a holiday, anyway, i am enjoying the dis connect. Rachel and I stayed in Federal Hill on Saturday night ("meathead central" i was told). We ate at Regi's, Paper Moon, drank at Max's (upstairs) and Friends in Baltimore. played pool, ate sliders. I wanted to see The Wire but no one would take me there. (*Sorry Kevin for not getting up, I meant to call you but then i lost my phone).

updates: i haven't had a haircut in almost two months...my camera lens is still broken, and i sold my telephoto on craigslist, therefore it sucks right now (i miss photography)...i recently had to replace the radiator in my car and everything always costs money...Beautiful Losers this week at the Naro and probably Iron and Wine the next (free!); although i might fall asleep..zzz | zzz.
i dont want a dog and cats are the devils minions, but maybe a baby will do! (sike, joke, joke).

This is what a blog is about, I guess, revealing yourself, a bit, or too much.. I haven't even done it in awhile. Blogging is so passé but facebook, twitter, bright kite, linked in, the virtual madness is here to stay. its funny how status updates blast out so fast and now twitter is on the horizon as possibly the most self absorbed madness yet. oh. oh. well. i think its all good. great. sure. fine.
i should do more weekend recaps alá Maricellina-style. (helo). this one would be like: Friday; Richmond, art walk, drinking Ipanemas, sleeping, Village Cafe, Saturday: Baltimore, eating, drinking, talking, walking, Sunday later: Newport News, groceries, dining, wine, home by 9. NO skateboarding!? fucking lamest bit! (last i tried with Templeton to learn half cab fs flip fs bslides; watch out crew!)

car bombs in baghdad today (nobody look) then suicide attackers hit helpers but the obama bush meeting headlines, more bailout money, appointing officials;-- "measuring the drapes" ooow whee! wooo! awash in the news! not enough, never too soon! i want to read more blogs like mine; i think i just spend 45 minutes on this shit.
