Nooo!

To break it down, here's what Wright is doing: he's spitting in the face of the man who defended him, who said he was "like family" and did so without any undertones of private anger or resentment. He did so unconditionally. Now Wright is using his newfound notoriety to become the next racial demagogue, and who cares if it's at the expense of Obama? If CNN, MSNBC and Fox News are booking me as the Black Pat Buchanan in a few years, then it's all worth it!
Obama extended his hand to help Wright above the fray. Instead, Wright has pulled him back down into the barrel, making it even more difficult for the most talented politician we've seen in years to escape the politics of race, resentment and self-victimization that continue to condemn us all.

Castle Grayskull

I used to be so obsessed with this show and watch it everyday after school. Now it's just makes me feel weird (weird/good, but still weird!)

Jesus dreams.

"God is a Concept by which
we measure our pain."
-John Lennon

Last night I dreamt that Bill Maher came to my school to speak the day before yesterday. Upon realizing I missed this event, I acted really bummed, like, "Oh man, really!?" Then a teacher (whom I don't have and have never really seen) was like, "Yes he was. And I was there." Immediately I thought, despite his shirt, tie, sweaty, old age and oversized belly, that maybe he was excited about this in a good way, until he started in with how wrong Bill Maher was and how there is a "little Jesus Christ in all of us." This man also had "picketed" the event in protest.

S.S.

off to court

As a patriot, not an elitist. It might be hard to tell the difference in this picture, but trust me, this is me, the patriot, look close.
I love America.

Obama response to last night.

Funny,.

abc news debate; crap.

in case you missed last nights debate, it was the worst debate ever in this cycle; total sensationalist american idolistic televised drama garbargio. if everyone is not totally sick of this shit now, it should be clear after last nights performance that the candidates just repeat themselves incessantly and that the whole thing should just end (Obama being the clear Dem nominee, after all the votes, etc.)

cremé de la cremé

I think I am going to blog everytime I drink one of these little wonders because every time it is special. It is a special experience and it makes me feel special and see special. Maybe it really doesn't though and it is all pure fantasy. This particular one exploded on me in my car, while I was driving and got all over my jeans. The champagne of health, KOMBUCHA. Organic, Raw, "Living food for the living body." Sold. Maybe I drink it because I am an elitist, and am willing to pay $4 for it, which means I could never be president because presidents are never elitists.

jaja is the new haha!

Yes, it’s true. The great computer keyboard generated rip-tickling, knee-slapping, funny; being that the j is directly next to the h and I messed up once in a recent IM convo. If I could only make this catch on, to high school kids, and at-home next generation housewives etc. i would be rich. I could write a book about it, and patent it. The book would be called “jaja” and some people would probably buy it thinking it was all about weed. It would hit the NY Times bestseller list for its cultural relevance and spark conversations at cocktail parties everywhere. then I would buy a big mansion with a pool and a diving board inside it to rinse off in after playing in my big money pit (like the ones at chuck e cheeses, but instead of those harmless plastic balls, cold hard cash straight from the U.S. mint because who wants to play in dirty money, really?) I would have pretty lawn furniture and a big silver grill. An indoor yoga sunroom would be constructed where I would learn to simplify with lots of real live orchids, other assorted flowers with nice smells and ambience creators and a maybe a waterbed/daybed to rest on after my strenuous non-workout mind calming sedation.

Then I would have made it. I would not answer my phone when unknown numbers dial in; instead I would throw my phone in the pool and go out and by another one.

*Oh, and I would also have a special dispenser, installed in the guest house out back, of various nostalgic gums like big league chew and bubble tape.

oh, good morning.

some lyrics, so you can sing along (start at 0.22 seconds).

If there's a camera up in here
Then it's gonna leave with me
When I do (I do)
If there's a camera up in here
Then I'd best not catch this flick
On YouTube (YouTube)
'Cause if you run your mouth and brag
About this secret rendezvous
I will hunt you down.

Mr. Charisma

Last night George stopped by to talk about the tragedy in Darfur
but then he started talking about his freaky girlfriend and his Italian villa so I got bored.

One shot, one beer.

Clinton was at Bronko’s Restaurant having a beer when the bartender asked, “You want a shot with that Hillary?” After some deliberation, Clinton settled on a shot of Crown Royal, a Canadian whiskey.

Maybe she's not that bad after all.

2 free tickets please.

thank you Norva.

what a novel idea!

Would it be cool to copy this idea? Where exactly would I put it? How would I choose which bench? Would someone just steal it? Where is the most moral area of Norfolk? or maybe better yet, to find a nice place in the summer Virginia Beach Oceanfront? There could be two cameras! Two Lomo fisheye cameras would be best, but I am not that confident in the general public to not thieve them.
