TwoNine was super awesome this year; more about skating than anything else.
Tyler finally got what has long been deserved by winning the Annual game of SKATE.
Paul Wilkins was in attendance once again.
Zach skated right through a truck.
This year, unlike others, included a totally insane game of "best trick" down the picnic tables. Truly unbelievable! (all the more for the lack of one single video camera in sight!? - wtf?) It was like the "29 money cup" (minus the money, or ANY prize at all for that matter). I took a few shots and I think Kevtron took many more.
It's not as easy to skate as it looks; kinda sketchy.
The list of tricks that went down in the 15 minute contest was long, but these are the highlights, as I remember (feel free to add in the comments what I am forgetting).
Tyler Tufty: kickflip noseslide! fs noseblunt, bs nosegrind 180 out, fs crooked grind, and switch crooked grind.
Angelo Lee: 360 flip fs 50-50!, kickflip bs 50-50, bs smith, feeble grind.
Sailor Nick: fs nosegrind 180 out (first time ever!)
Mike Holland: blunt slide down, bs 50-50 UP the table top!
Unfortunately, I didn't get many good photos or video because I was too busy skating myself, but it was a really fun day to be back in Alexandria!
